We first met Ashley through a Facebook post. I had reached out as an out of province client looking for a realtor online and a few realtors messaged me. Right from day one Ashley stood out from the competition. She took the time to get to know myself and my family. She started communicating with me so throughly and got to know exactly what we were looking for as a family and what would meet our needs, wants, and budget. 

As a buyer relocating from another province and buying a house site unseen we had so many fears, questions, and concerns. But Ashley was like a calming angel looking over us every step of the way. No question was too small or left unanswered.

 I'm sure in this market she is incredibly busy caring for the needs of multiple clients, but for the time we were looking for houses with Ashley we can honestly say we felt like one of her only clients.  She gave us her full attention at all times and got back to us promptly, which was so appreciated given the stress of house hunting from across the country. When we finally found our dream home she fought for us tooth and nail to get the home we loved and we succeeded!! In this crazy real estate market I will forever be grateful for Ashley. Because of how professional, caring, determined, hard working and knowledgeable Ashley is about the market we were able to secure a wonderful home for our family to enjoy for years to come.
